From the North:
Take the A55 Chester bypass then the A483 Southbound. Where the road reduces from a dual carriageway to a single carriageway at the Llangollen junction turn left onto the A539 towards Overton. After a couple of miles turn right at the T junction and go past the Cross Foxes pub and over the river Dee on the stone bridge. Keep going up the hill and you will pass the brown village signs as you come into Overton on Dee. Keep going around the two sharp bends in the village centre and go past St Mary’s Church. Turn right at the small Methodist church towards Ellesmere.
After a few hundred yards you drive past the B5069 turning and take the small right hand turn onto a single track lane next to the telegraph pole. Keep going for about ¾ mile, going straight over the unmarked cross roads taking the roadway later signposted “unsuitable for heavy vehicles”. You will find Little Pentre Barn signposted on the left.
Park up anywhere you like on the gravelled driveway.
From the East:
From Whitchurch follow the A525 towards Wrexham for 4 miles. Turn left onto the A539 and follow this road for about 7 miles into the Village of Overton on Dee. After passing the brown signs into the village you will pass the small police station on the left. Take the left turn towards Ellesmere.

From the South:
From Ellesmere take the road north towards the village of Overton on Dee. About 3 miles from Ellesmere turn left onto the single track road signposted “Knolton Bryn”.
Follow this road for about half a mile until you come to the unmarked crossroads. Turn left at the unmarked cross roads taking the roadway later signposted “unsuitable for heavy vehicles”. You will find Little Pentre Barn signposted on the left about ¼ mile down this lane.
Park up anywhere you like on the gravelled driveway.
Beware! If you use a satnav it will take you to the middle of the postcode area which is about half a mile away. Find the nearby cross roads, take the unsignposted option later passing the “unsuitable for heavy vehicles” sign to find us.
