Welcome to the Farmhouse at Overton Vale Farm. This magnificent 18th century, newly refurbished farmhouse close to Overton-on-Dee offers traditional accommodation, exposed beams, two woodburners, four bedrooms (one super kingsized four poster, one twin, one double and one single) and private lawned gardens with valley views. The farmhouse is set in a magnificent location with uninterrupted views of the surrounding rolling countryside. Outside, there are eight acres of private grounds for children to explore, a play area and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
Overton Vale Farm provides a great base to explore the local area. You can enjoy scenic walks and cycle rides right from the door or visit the local meres, shops and pubs, while picturesque Llangollen, the Roman city of Chester and medieval Shrewsbury are all just a short drive away.

Four bedrooms; Upstairs shower room with shower, basin & WC. Downstairs bathroom with shower, bath, basin & WC. Fully equipped kitchen. Two spacious beamed living rooms both with woodburners. Outside patio and bar b que area with large external dining table.

Electric storage heaters throughout, woodburners in living rooms. Oil fired AGA in kitchen. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo/CD player etc. Electricity charged from coin meter. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent (please bring own swimming towels). Shared use of owner's outdoor heated swimming pool (available June to August only). Cot, highchair & stairgate available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike shed storage. Private lawned garden and patio area with furniture. BBQ. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: This character property has uneven floors, steps and in places low ceilings - not suitable for the less mobile. Note: Children must be supervised around the swimming pool/ponds.
